  • 70 accelerometers Model A900A were shipped to Central Weather Bureau in Taiwan to augment their strong motion network (Automn, 2001). CWB opperates already more than 400 Geotech strong motion recorders that produced two years ago the largest strong motion data set ever recorded from a single earthquake.

  • KS-2000 broadband seismometers were shipped to Germany, Mexico and China (Sping, 2001).

  • An infrasound array for the harsh Antarctica environment, consisting of 8 remotes, one weather station, one repeater site and a central site (October, 2000). The installation was done by the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska at Fairbanks. Known as IS55, this infrasound array will be part of the IMS. The system runs a version of the ICP software implementing authentication , plus an AutoDRM-NT and a calibration package CALPlus. A similar array was installed at Fairbanks, Alaska.

  • 12 Auxiliary Seismic Stations, consisting of (from left to right): meteo sensors and controller, DR-24 digitizer, multiplexer and computer. The system runs a version of the ICP software implementing authentication, plus an AutoDRM-NT and a calibration package CALPlus (March, 2000).

  • Broadband borehole seismometers KS-54000-IRIS delivered to the Albuquerque Seismological Laboratory of the U. S. Geological Survey and to the IRIS (Spring-Summer, 1999).
