- An
infrasound array for the harsh Antarctica environment,
consisting of 8 remotes, one weather station, one
repeater site and a central site (October, 2000).
The installation was done by the Geophysical
Institute of the University of Alaska at
Fairbanks. Known as IS55, this infrasound array
will be part of the IMS. The system
runs a version of the ICP
software implementing authentication , plus an AutoDRM-NT and a calibration
package CALPlus. A similar array was
installed at Fairbanks, Alaska.

Seismic Stations, consisting of (from left to
right): meteo sensors and controller, DR-24 digitizer,
multiplexer and computer. The system runs a version
of the ICP
software implementing authentication, plus an AutoDRM-NT and a calibration
package CALPlus (March, 2000).

borehole seismometers KS-54000-IRIS delivered to the
Albuquerque Seismological Laboratory of the
U. S. Geological Survey and to the IRIS (Spring-Summer,
1999).
